From the historic La Crusc church, take path no. 13 from behind the church to the right. Passing through beautiful woods, you arrive at the Pasciantadú hut, a little refreshment stop offering rustic fare. Continuing on path no. 13 which, after the hut, turns into a dirt road, you come to the Castalta farmstead where you take path no. 13A, which crosses the Gianëis landslide and leads to Oies. Here you can visit the birthplace of the Ladin saint Ujöp Frëinademetz and the adjacent church built in his honour.
From here, continue along path no. 13A following the Way of the Cross; in about 20 minutes you arrive at the valley station of the La Crusc 1 lift.
