Starting from the middle station of the lifts, descend via path 7A, then cross the quiet forest on a dirt road with some quite steep sections. At the end of the forest section, turn left towards the locality of Rainé, crossing the meadows and arriving at what is in winter a ski slope.
Here we pass the Ütia L'Tamá hut, whose vegetable garden is ideal for discovering Alpine herbs, spices and flavours. We then continue to Oies, where we can visit the place of birth and church dedicated to the Ladin saint Ujöp Frëinademetz. From here we take path no. 13A and soon return to the starting point, the valley station of the La Crusc 1 lift.
