Hike to Piza dales Diesc (Cima Dieci), mt. 3026
The hike begins at the church of La Crusc and leads along the partially exposed and equipped trail no. 7 over the rock face of Sas dla Crusc (Sasso Santa Croce) to the “Ju dla Crusc” pass. Continue on trail no. 7B, which first leads to the Sas dla Crusc and then to the Cima Dieci. The last section is a short via ferrata (2nd degree). The view from the summit is spectacular and repays all the efforts of the conquest.
Descend back to the “Ju dla Crusc” pass and continue along path no. 12B, which leads to fork “Forcela Medesc”. From here, descend along path no. 12 and then 12A and take path no. 15, which leads back to the starting point below the walls of the mountain range of Sas dla Crusc, i.e. the top station of the La Crusc 2 cable car.
This hike is recommended for lovers of high mountain areas who want to enjoy the unique panorama of the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park and the Alta Badia Dolomites.
