Flavours week
A week dedicated to the authentic flavours of the mountains: recipes born at high altitude, passed down through generations, and capable of making you feel at home from the very first bite. During the opening event, the kitchen comes alive as chefs prepare their specialties in front of the guests, sharing traditions, aromas, and the stories behind each dish. A perfect moment to taste, discover, and be surprised.
The mountain huts of the Skitour La Crusc — Ütia L'Tamá, Ütia Lé, Ütia Nagler, Rifugio La Crusc and Ranch da André, offer typical dishes from Ladin culture for a journey through genuine flavours.
For the opening event, each hut will present its own dish created specially for the occasion, showing how it is prepared and what makes it unique.
Ütia Nagler:
Typical apple fritters
Ütia L'Tamá:
Typical pancake with Milio’s local honey or homemade blueberry jam
Ranch da André:
