Bread Festival
The festival day itself on Sunday will culminate in a joyful celebration with typical dishes, music, encounters and workshops for both children and adults, all centered around bread and the traditions that surround it.
Ütia L'Tamá - Live music with Rifflblech
Dish: Rye bread ravioli filled with nettles and butter flavored with fenugreek
Highlight: Discover the wheat grown in the garden and used to bake homemade bread.
For the kids: Let’s make mountain herb salt for the bread!
Ütia Lé - Live music with BlechHarMusig
Dish: Creamy cereal mix with beetroot, mountain cheese mousse, and crispy speck, served in a bowl made of rustic mountain herb bread
Highlight: at 11.00 am: Live the experience of baking handmade bread in the traditional oven, with Nikolas Seppi.
Afterwards, the traditional 'Crosti' will be prepared.
For the kids: Weave your own bread basket – just like in the old days! And this together with the craftsmen from the La Spona workshop.
Ütia Nagler - Live music with Arton Duo
Dish: “Jüfa” – a traditional peasant dish
Highlight: The young farmers of the village prepare the traditional “jüfa” in a large pot, just like in the old days.

Dish: Veal cutlet with “pücia” breading and a side of potato salad
Highlight: Old photographs share the story of the bread and the hands that lovingly kneaded it.

For the kids: Baker for a day - bake your own stick bread!
Alfarëi farm - Live music with Paul y Hilda Schuen
Dish: Snack with local bread and farm products
Highlight: The old mill comes to life and reveals all its timeless ingenuity. You’ll see how flour is produced and also get a close look at ancient tools once used in the fields.
