The Gong Sound Bath
The Gong Bath Sound is a sound massage and therapy that brings the participants to meditation and deep relaxation. During the Gong Bath you lie comfortably on the meadow in the middle of the nature and listen to the magic and harmonious sounds of several gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and many other instruments.
Area: La Crusc/Santa Croce (ascent by cabin lift – for fee)
Meeting point: 11:00 am - 5 minutes on foot from the La Crusc 1 cabin lift mountain station (the itinerary is marked)
